Under the heading of MySQL snyc...

Anyone have a 'best practices' primer they can recommend?  I've got two
disparate databases (one MySQL) that I'd like to 'sync' on a nightly basis.
In fact, the other database will simply feed the MySQL one with out
reciprocation from MySQL.  Really _don't_ want to have to upload the entire
database, but rather incremental changes.

Thoughts?
